After watching Fantastic Fungi on Netflix, and reading books by Paul Stamets I have included a variety of mushrooms into my daily vitamin regimen. Pleased with the quality and dosage per capsule that Piping Rock carries in their mushroom category. I now take 5 different types of mushroom capsules and prefer to buy them individually to get the highest dose possible rather than buy a blend with a fraction of each dose.
