I bought these a couple of weeks ago and they're brilliant, they work a treat. A word of warning though: the recommended dose is one tab, so I took half just in case and I felt a bit sleepy the next day. So now I take just a quarter of a tab and I'm fast asleep within half an hour and no sleepiness the next day. Good night's sleep
When I ordered my melatonin it said delivery could take a month . I was very impressed as it only took a couple of weeks. So great to get a good night's sleep. My doctor said to take for about 3 nights and my sleep should reguĺate. A great nights sleep.
I have to say I absolutely love these. I have trouble going to sleep & have done for some years now, but when I saw these I thought I would try them. I take them around an hour before going to bed, & it isn't long before I am asleep, & wake up feeling refreshed. They are better than taking sleeping tablets, but work the same way. No side effects. A definate yes to this product, & well worth the money.I have to say I absolutely love these.
