These have actually changed our lives! 4 year old hasn’t been asleep before 11pm in 4 years. Up and down all night then grumpy the next day. At my wits end with spending every night battling to get her to bed I purchased these as a last resort. Great for getting your child to sleep, we have been struggling for a long time to get our child to sleep, I didn’t expect these to work but they really make a big difference, she’s asleep within 20 mins, she still wakes in the night but mostly goes back to sleep, we’re all more rested, I forgot to take them away with us at the weekend and it was a nightmare getting her to sleep.
