Experiencing benefits after just a few weeks
I have been taking 920 mg. of Piping Rock Ashwagandha twice a day for about 3 weeks now. I was hoping to increase my energy levels, which were pretty poor for a long time. For the last week I've been catching up on housework that I hadn't had the energy to do. Working on it from morning to night. I do still have to take a coffee break here and there but I'm getting things done. This is after just those few weeks. I'm expecting more improvements because I know herbal supplements can take a few months to work fully. I'm encouraged over the results so far and will continue taking it.I have been taking 920 mg. of Piping Rock Ashwagandha twice a day for about 3 weeks now. Piping Rock seems the only merchant I can find who has pretty-coloured clear bottles--you hold it up to the light and see beautiful gemstone amethyst, or emerald green, depending on which herb you bought. Glowing colour makes a HUGE difference in the quality of your life--the colour makes the stuff inside work (at least it's fun pretending it does, and "fun-ness" improves the quality of your life).Piping Rock seems the only merchant I can find who has pretty-coloured clear bottles--you hold it up to the light and see beautiful gemstone amethyst, or emerald green, depending on which herb you bought.
